Our story
After more than two decades in IT — from first jobs fixing computers through to building and running enterprise systems: Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, GIS, data analytics and, more recently, AI — we saw the same pattern over and over: the technology that transforms big organisations rarely reaches small Territory businesses. Not because it's too expensive or too complex, but because nobody local was offering it at a small-business scale, with small-business pricing and plain-English delivery.
So we built Territory Systems and AI to close that gap. Based in Humpty Doo and working across Darwin, Palmerston and the rural area, we bring genuine enterprise-grade capability to the businesses that keep the Top End running — trades, clinics, retailers, not-for-profits and everyone in between.
